De Fit Challenge duurt 8 weken en dat leek mij een periode die haalbaar was. Zeker omdat dit toevallig ook een drukke periode qua werkzaamheden had, maar ondanks een volle agenda was het wel goed te combineren.
En ik ben blij met het resultaat! Mijn doelstelling was niet om af te vallen maar om fitter en strakker te zijn. Dit resultaat is zeker behaald; ik ben geen kilo’s kwijt, maar centimeters. Mijn energielevel is hoger, ik sport nu ook weer ’s avonds, iets waar ik jarenlang geen energie voor had.

Ik leefde zonder sporten, en voelde me daardoor dus steeds minder fit. Elke week zocht ik de gezelligheid op door feestjes, etentjes en verjaardagen. Maar daar word je ook niet veel fitter van.
Bij andere sportscholen ben ik wel geweest, maar hier is echt persoonlijke aandacht en sporten in een leuke sfeer. Ze motiveren je te gaan tot het uiterste maar niet het onmogelijke.

Ik ben me sinds de challenge nog bewuster van me voeding en probeer minimaal 2 keer per week intensief te sporten en hiernaast te wandelen met de honden. Jullie zijn totaal niet te vergelijken met andere sportscholen. Jullie zijn veel persoonlijker en er hangt een positieve sfeer wat het leuk maakt om telkens weer te gaan. De goede opgezette trainingen met top trainers.

Dat kwam omdat ik alle kracht haalde uit mijn voorste buikspieren, die je juist niet mag/moet gebruiken tijdens je zwangerschap.
Ik heb geleerd om de buikspieren aan te spreken die je wel mag gebruiken, waardoor na 2 trainingen de klachten zo goed als weg waren.
